Right now i train only my chest sunday= mass exercises and wed=isolation exercises.&lt;br&gt;by adding one day extra per week my growth has increased.</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">jeff j</dc:creator><pubDate>Sun, 19 Aug 2007 12:16:49 -0000</pubDate></item><item><title>Re: Free Workout Routines</title><link>http://www.bodybuildingsecretslive.com/workout-routines-for-free/#comment-2093775</link><description>I work out at home 3 days a week pretty standard stuff- monday chest&amp;amp;tris. Wednesday back/bis/shoulders . Friday legs.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I also run a thai boxing gym so cardio is full on. I am  6.3" 210lbs &amp;amp; about 11% bodyfat. I look ok but want to grow and cant.
