I once met him in a San Jose airport. I would assume he still looks like this in 2009, however, I haven't seen him. So your assumption that he lost all his gains, isn't correct. I gained 50lbs of muscle my first year of body building - and so I know it is possible as well. However, I haven't maintained my discipline - and I have some stomach fat that I never had before, however - I haven't lost a great deal of my muscle or size.</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Dennis</dc:creator><pubDate>Thu, 01 Jan 2009 21:38:29 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
