Natural Bodybuilding with Marc David: Gym Advice - Some of the Worst

    Hello

    I am not at all a body builder. I just want a flat stomach and nigh stamina and for that I worked too but in recent times because of work pressure and family responsibilities I wont able to give even 15 minutes to my body and as a result I am gaining weight and my tummy came in very ugly shape.

    Now I need some help with which I can start exercise say for 15 minutes and once I realised the effect that will motivate me to do at a regular basis.

    Please tell me and suggest me some quick tips.
