I just want a flat stomach and nigh stamina and for that I worked too but in recent times because of work pressure and family responsibilities I wont able to give even 15 minutes to my body and as a result I am gaining weight and my tummy came in very ugly shape.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Now I need some help with which I can start exercise say for 15 minutes and once I realised the effect that will motivate me to do at a regular basis.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Please tell me and suggest me some quick tips.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Thanks in advance.</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">SaSh</dc:creator><pubDate>Wed, 27 Aug 2008 05:58:58 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
