Natural Bodybuilding with Marc David: How do you know if you are overtraining?

FitFiend · 2 years agoI have been saving my cardio for after strength training lately. Normally, if I did 45 minutes of pretty intense cardio alone, I could probably keep going. Now, after intense strength training, I have been running to warm up and then doing spin classes. I get so much more out of my workouts this way.
