    Hey Marc!!

Let me just say you hit it right on the button.... how to get that six pack that alot of us are seeking!

I'll be honest with you I'm not a big fan of doing alot of crutches, but I know diet and cardio are keys to getting that six pack.

Once again bro nicely done.... you hit all the major points!

    Marc,

You are definitely right that nutrition is the key and nutrition is the key for most everything in weight training and bodybuilding.

Ab workouts are still incredibly important though because you can have your fat off the abdomen and no real abs showing because your muscles are to small. So really the combination is the key to great abs.

While trying to lose belly fat it is important that you have a positive attitude.
I also think that changing your diet is more important for healthy weight loss then exercise, but combining them is ideal of course

I see some flaw in that idea because I am 6 foot 6 215 pounds with 6 % body fat, but I swear it must all be on my stomach cause I dont have a six pack. do you have any suggestions for this?

Everyone always thinks that you need some kind of machine to get 6 pack abs. but the truth is that you don't. all you really need is a good diet (so you have a good physical form) and you just have to do crunches or curls a few times a week. my suggestion would be to google "how to do a proper crunch for abs" because believe it or not, you can injure yourself from doing them wrong. it's not hard, you just need to know how to do them right.

I agree, I purchased the ebook itself and tried the program. Just changing my diet and focusing on the foods he suggested already made significant change on my belly.. I am already seeing a flatter stomach...really thumbs up on his program.
