  • When I'm talking to people at the gym, I always emphasize that if they really want a great goal, they should focuse almost entirely on their % body fat, not how much they weigh.

    They remain incredulous.

  • Complete waste of money in a dietary supplement form. The Acai Berry itself has many great qualities. Add it to food, etc. But buying products (juice made from, pills, etc) is tossing money down the drain.
  • Some people skip meals inorder to lose weight which is not good for the body.
