  • Hey, good tips Marc!

    I heard this saying a while ago and I think it's very true. "What you focus on in life is what develops". A bit like using a camera really. If I want something in my life to develop and move forward the first thing I do is start reading mags, books and listening to podcasts on the subject. So I shift my 'focus' to where I want to head. Doing this plants a seed and if you keep watering it with reading etc. interest and *motivation* naturally increases. Just a thought.

    Also the thing about having A training partner,is so weery TRUE.
    for me im just started and been at the GYM 4 times.
    there is this guy he looks nice and stronger than me ,but he seems --
    like a nice person,No braging and that.
    I hope I in some way can conect with him as a training partner.
    But will se by the time.
    One thing is for sure:its motivates me extra to go to the GYM.
    And than there are the aspect of nice Girls there too.
    Think about that too.
