"What you focus on in life is what develops". A bit like using a camera really. If I want something in my life to develop and move forward the first thing I do is start reading mags, books and listening to podcasts on the subject. So I shift my 'focus' to where I want to head. Doing this plants a seed and if you keep watering it with reading etc. interest and *motivation* naturally increases. Just a thought.

Cheers,
Nick
