And of course the other things that you pointed out in this post are all absolutely true. I do have to say that being a marketing guy I'm very embarrassed by people who take marketing to a level where they get charged with violating a court order. Marketing and selling have always had the leeway to slightly exaggerate what's being sold. A long time ago the Supreme Court ruled that "puffing" was not illegal. The cogent point is that totally lying and completely misrepresenting something can be consumer fraud. It bothers me too when someone like you has a legitimate product and someone else is making millions of dollars using unethical marketing. It is extremely interesting to note that you recommend two books and that you are not the author of those books that makes you a very ethical proponent of what you post on your site.
