Thank you for the review... I just purchased the system -- and I am waiting for it to arrive. The only thing I am skeptical about is how cool the blue ice in the middle will keep all my food. It is a good concept.

Depending on the overall temperature and storage location of the system, it should work pretty well. Indoors in a cooler environment, I've had my food still cold after 7 hours of sitting on a desk. It won't keep things frozen but it should keep things cooler like cottage cheese and such.

I'm really interested in this system, but I'm curious about it. Does it include an actual diet plan or is this just a storage system?

It includes a basic book on nutrition (nothing fancy mind you) and a few meal ideas but not what I'd call a real meal plan. It's a storage system that includes some ideas but from what I have and have seen, it doesn't include anything I'd call a meal plan. It's just a very good storage and meal organizational system.
