It's a storage system that includes some ideas but from what I have and have seen, it doesn't include anything I'd call a meal plan. It's just a very good storage and meal organizational system.

Re: Stax System

I'm really interested in this system, but I'm curious about it. Does it include an actual diet plan or is this just a storage system?

Re: Stax System

I had trouble with the site as well so I contacted Chris Powel directly and asked him where I could get the STAX System. Here's the link he sent me.

http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/triax/stax.html

It's actually a much better deal than what I paid directly off the official site.

Re: Stax System

Depending on the overall temperature and storage location of the system, it should work pretty well. Indoors in a cooler environment, I've had my food still cold after 7 hours of sitting on a desk. It won't keep things frozen but it should keep things cooler like cottage cheese and such.

Re: Stax System

Thank you for the review... I just purchased the system -- and I am waiting for it to arrive. The only thing I am skeptical about is how cool the blue ice in the middle will keep all my food. It is a good concept.

Re: Stax System

Thanks for the information, I have been thinking about purchasing this system for awhile.
