Having already experienced the challenge of losing over 80kgs after becoming extremely sick with my third child my journey continues. Three months ago i had my fourth child and totally to my suprise I am contending with muscle separation and in the last week a fall causing major ligament and neuropathic pain. This book sounds like a great way to jump start the motivation again to achieve the mean and lean body I want to aim for.

Re: The Body Fat Solution

I'm seriously considering purchasing this book from Amazon. I'm currently working on a goal of 19% body fat, and I need all of the information and help that I can get. The hardest part for me has been with emotional eating issues, but I want to overcome those to make my 57th year the best year yet. I started seriously working out with personal trainers just a couple of years ago. I went through my 40s at a weight of 175 pounds(I'm 5'1") and am now at 110 pounds. But, I'm not done yet. I really want my body to be the lean, mean, fat-burning machine I know it can be. So, I thank you so much for telling us all about this book. THANKS!!!!!

Re: The Body Fat Solution

I really am excited to get a chance to read his book. I think he has a pretty good head on his shoulder. Very well rounded as an author.

Re: The Body Fat Solution

Hey Marc,

I am pretty excited about reading Tom's new book - should be awesome!

Tom and I will be getting on the phone to record a special teleseminar where Tom answers a lot of the key questions about the new book so that should be revealing.

All the best,

Kyle Battis CSCS, NSCA-CPT
www.FatLossLunchBreak.com
