There is more to life than boiled chicken. My fitness transformation is about being aware of my nutrition and exercise and I take it one day at a time. Rome wasn't built in a day. You are an inspiration.

Ken

Re: The Middle Finger to Unrealistic Fitness Advice

Here here!! This is one of the many reasons why so many people have difficulty starting and finishing their diet and training plans. Variation is so important, it keeps you interested and allows you to stay focused.

Re: The Middle Finger to Unrealistic Fitness Advice

Love your blog, you have a new fan with me! That is something I try to avoid as much as possible. My advice is based on my own expereicnes so they are at least realistic to me. I consider myself to be an average guy and that is who I write for.

I actually just put up a post earlier today on moderation. check it out. I don't avoid any foods (drinks included), I can only handle so much chicken and vegetables.

Hopefully you wouldn't group me into the unrealistic advice catergory.

Take Care,
Steve

Re: The Middle Finger to Unrealistic Fitness Advice

Thank you Rob for reminding us you can still "have a life" and be successful. I've seen your story and your transformation pictures. It's obvious you can still have a life and become extremely fit.

Re: The Middle Finger to Unrealistic Fitness Advice

no shit eh

I went out to my first Oktoberfest last weekend and yes, I drank.
